Lowongan Kerja || Project Manager

• Plan, execute, budget and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
• Acquiring resources and coordinating efforts of team members and third-party contractor or consultant in order to deliver project according to the plan
• Define scope, objectives requirements, critical path, success criteria, schedule and oversee quality control of each project through its life cycle
• Work closely with project management team which includes architect, interior designers, quantity surveyor and engineers to produce conceptual design phase, schematic design phase and detailed phase of a project

• Male, age 28 - 45 years old
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree/Master's degree of Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or Architect from reputable university
• Have experiences for 8 years in design review and supervision works of infrastructure project of high risk building
• Proficient in Photoshop, Autocad, Microsoft Project, Primavera, SUN, SAP or any similar programs
• Conversant with building and savety regulations, submissions procedure and construction practices
• Able to read and implement architecture design
• Placement will be in Tangerang, Bogor, Depok.
