- Lulusan min S1 jurusan Teknik, diutamakan Teknik Sipil
- Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun atau lebih sebagai Project Control di Perusahaan EPC
- Mahir dengan Ms. Project
- Cepat belajar, cekatan dan bisa bekerja pada minimum Supervise
