Responsibilities :
- Implementing the whole plan from management on the field and make sure that projects run and finish on schedule.
- Responsibilities include analysis and reporting of all matters associated with the contractors work.
- General duties of a construction manager.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering / Architecture preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experiences as project manager preferably hotel building construction.
- Computer literate in using MS. Office and MS. Project.
- Male.
- Minimum age 35 years old.
- Honest, hard working, dedicated, firm, fast, timely.
- Able to work under pressure and independently.
