Lowongan Kerja || Project Manager For Building Construction

• Controlling and monitoring action plan, execution and finishing new store or remodelling existing store projects to achieve management target.
• Planning & monitoring building construction and/or remodelling projects based on information/data from Development Team and Opening Team.
• Monitoring and coordinating the up dated technology and engineering in line with the concept of cost efficiency and energy saving.
• Coordinating block tender to support procurement.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree majoring Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management field for high rise building construction and minimum 4 years at managerial position.
• Posses good knowledge of Project Management, Indonesia Product Standardization (SII/SNI).
• Posses good knowledge of Building construction and finance budgeting.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Project Management Application, Auto CAD).
