Qualification :
- Make a validation master plan periodically
- Monitoring validation program status periodically
- Ensure that the standard calibrator have good maintain and calibrated on scheduled
- Perform SIP and Risk Assessment Analysis
- Revisit and check qualification report, process validation, cleaning validation, analysis method validation
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacist
- Having minimum 2 years of experience in QA or Production at Pharmaceutical Industry
- Computer literate
- Hard working attitude, strong leadership and willing working overtime
- Well structured and efficient approach to work assignment
